Android, minus the noise

Use your phone.
Don't browse it.

Termino is a command-first Android launcher built around one idea: ask the phone to do something, then get out of the way.

Code Rain: on

>

Less interface.
More intent.

Termino replaces icon hunting with direct commands. The launcher stays visually quiet while still exposing the things you actually use: apps, calls, contacts, messages, notifications and system utilities.

> apps

Launch apps by name, search installed apps and inspect package information without scrolling through grids.

fast

> communication

Search contacts, start calls, compose SMS and reply to supported messaging notifications from the terminal.

intentional

> Code Rain

A very subtle falling-code visual for the launcher and optional live wallpaper. Decorative, never dominant.

optional

> inbox

Messaging-style notifications only. System noise, promotions and unrelated notifications stay out of the terminal inbox.

filtered

> local-first

Termino's current core works without an account, analytics SDK, ads or cloud backend.

private

> extensible

The command engine is designed to grow without turning the home screen into another dashboard.

minimal

The terminal is the UI.

No dock. No feed. No permanent widgets. Output appears only when you ask for it, then the active prompt continues immediately below.

open <app>Launch an installed app.
call <name>Resolve a contact and start a call.
inboxShow filtered message notifications.
reply <id>Reply through supported Android notification actions.
apps -pList installed launcher apps and packages.
rain offDisable Code Rain on the launcher.

Termino is intentionally small.
New features should make the existing surface more capable, not add more surfaces to stare at. If you have an idea, send a command or feature request.
